LDSort
Sort arrays (the sorting of character strings may be case sensitive or insensitive).

ByIndex	ByValue	ByValueWithIndex
CaseSensitive

ByIndex(array)
Sort an array of any dimension by the index (key).
array The array to sort.
returns A sorted array.

ByValue(array)
Sort a 1D array by the value (the indices are re-numbered from 1).
array The array to sort.
returns A sorted array.

ByValueWithIndex(array)
Sort a 1D array by the value (the indices are unchanged, but sorted).
array The array to sort.
returns A sorted array.

CaseSensitive
String comparisons are case sensitive "True" or "False".
